General Information section of the site provides details about the state, its administrative setup, electorate, Election Calendar & Arrangements for voting and counting to name a few.
The section Winning Candidates provide a list of all major candidates who contested in the Vidhan Sabha Elections 98 from Rajasthan and their brief details, district-wise. Then there are area maps of each assembly and parliamentary constituency of the state and general statistics about them.
Parties & Symbols section provides names, Head Quarter addresses and symbols of all major National and Registered Unrecognised parties from Rajasthan. Also provided is a list of free symbols.
"How to vote?" is a guide displaying visual representation of the valid and invalid examples of voting by ballot papers. Also provided is an User Guide cum FAQ about Electronic Voting Machines.
And last but not the least, the election results are broadcast LIVE here. We will be covering the complete forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections LIVE on this website. Right from polling percentages to result broadcast.
All in all, this site is another effort by the Election Department to make the entire system of Elections more transparent.
